At Golf Sim Depot, we pride ourselves on offering industry-leading return policies. You may cancel your order free of charge at any time prior to its shipment (exceptions apply, such as custom orders, as detailed below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships):

Should you need to cancel an order, please promptly reach out to us to facilitate a full refund before the order departs the warehouse. Our agents are available during business hours at (888) 255-3860, via the chat function located in the bottom right corner of our website, or through email at support@golfsimdepot.com.

Refunds and Returns:

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis upon written request to support@golfsimdepot.com.

**Restocking fee does NOT apply to the MLM2Pro Launch Monitor

In the event you wish to exchange your product, you may do so. However, please note that you, as the customer, bear responsibility for any associated shipping costs throughout the returns and exchange processes.

In our commitment to customer satisfaction, we aim to facilitate complimentary returns when feasible. Please note, for large items like enclosures, the responsibility for return shipping expenses rests with the customer.


Due to the considerable rise in LTL/freight shipping expenses, outright returns will incur up to a 25% cancellation fee in addition to return shipping costs. However, if you are replacing the product with an alternative item, we may offer assistance with covering some of the expenses, subject to product specifics.

Shipping Times:

We endeavor to expedite your order's delivery as efficiently as possible. Estimated shipping times are provided on the respective product pages. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 5-7 business days.

Please be aware that order delays may occur, often beyond the control of Golf Sim Depot. While we understand the frustration this may cause, we kindly request your patience and understanding during such instances. We sincerely appreciate your business and your patience.

By making a purchase from Golf Sim Depot, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the Exchange Agreement terms outlined below:

Inspection of Package:

It is your responsibility to inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage, accompanied by photographic evidence, to Golf Sim Depot within 24 hours of delivery.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any expenses incurred for the shipment of a new product in the case of a refund or exchange.

Product Condition:

Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition. A restocking fee may apply.

Refund Limitations: Once an order has left the warehouse, a full refund is not possible.
Return Fees: Should you choose to return your order post-shipment, you will be liable for return shipping fees and restocking charges, typically around 25%.

Damages:

Upon receipt, please inspect the packaging of your item(s) for any damage. If damage is observed, it should be noted at the time of delivery. For damaged items, kindly forward photos of the damage, including images of the box and SKU, along with a brief description to support@golfsimdepot.com for processing of an insurance claim. Claims for freight damage must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, inclusive of any punctures or visible external damage.

Warranty:

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer; please refer to individual product pages for details. It is important to note that warranty claims pertain to damages incurred over time or through regular use. Damage observed upon initial receipt, if not reported within 30 days, is not eligible for warranty consideration.

Returns:

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges or re-consignment fees resulting from customer error. All products feature guaranteed warranty policies, ensuring receipt of fully functional, operational products without additional expenses. Please refer to individual product pages for specific details.

BOGO Promotions:

In the event of a BOGO promotion, full refunds require the return of both items. Partial returns will result in a replacement of the returned item or store credit equivalent to its individual value. Customers are responsible for actual return shipping charges and potentially applicable restocking fees, with refunds issued solely to the original credit card used for the purchase.

All customers acknowledge, understand, and agree to the aforementioned terms and conditions.

Chargebacks:

Our dedicated team is committed to assisting you and resolving any issues promptly. We have endeavored to establish fair policies that rank among the industry's best. We stand alongside you, ready to provide timely and effective solutions to any concerns.

Therefore, any customer found to file a fraudulent chargeback will be held accountable for theft. If you encounter issues with a product, or if a product is not received, please reach out to us for resolution rather than resorting to chargebacks. We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for choosing to shop with us.

Refund Processing Timeline:

Refunds are ordinarily processed and reimbursed within 10 days from the date on which the return is dispatched from the customer's premises.

Return Shipment Coordination:

Return shipments and the provision of return shipment labels shall be coordinated jointly by Golf Sim Depot and the customer. However, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to print, apply, and dispatch the return shipment.
