Warranty
ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
PROTEE UNITED B.V. ("PROTEE") warrants only to the original purchaser of this product from a ProTee-authorized reseller or distributor that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year after the date of purchase. ProTee reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged ProTee product, and all costs of shipping the ProTee product to ProTee for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser.
In order to recover under this limited warranty, the Purchaser must make a claim to ProTee within 30 days of occurrence and must present acceptable proof of original ownership (such as the original receipt, warranty card registration, online registration, or other documentation ProTee deems acceptable) for the product. PROTEE, at its option, shall repair or replace the defective unit covered by this warranty. Please retain the dated sales receipt as evidence of the original purchaser's date of purchase. The integrated A.I. in the ProTee VX is designed primarily for analyzing club data. ProTee United has meticulously trained this system using machine learning to detect a golf club, identify the type of club (driver, iron, or putter), determine handedness (left- or right-handed), and analyze the club face in high-speed camera images.
When the A.I. identifies the club face, the ProTee VX can accurately measure critical metrics such as club speed, face angle, swing path, impact point, and more. ProTee United continuously enhances the A.I. system to recognize an expanding range of club characteristics and ensures that users receive updates with the latest training data. The ProTee Labs software automatically checks for updates during startup, so users are encouraged to keep their software current to access the newest A.I. improvements.
While the A.I. is highly advanced, occasional detection errors may occur. To address this, ProTee United provides a bug reporting tool within the ProTee Labs software. If a discrepancy is detected, users can report it, enabling the team to investigate and refine the A.I. models for improved accuracy in future updates.

Very happy with my MLM2PRO. It does everything as expected and is suprisingly accurate. My range has a TopTracer setup and I actually stopped using it in favor of the Rapsodo. My favorite feature is the Swing Vision. It allows me to record my swing from the front using my phone camera in conjunction with a rear video from the camera in the unit itself. It does it every shot so when something goes wrong, I can clearly see what it was.
That being said, it isnt perfect. It occasionally does disconnect and give some off readings but it doesn't happen often enough to bother me. For the money it costs, I couldn't be happier.
