Throw distances are to the projector lens, for a ~9' tall (4:3) impact screen. BenQ figures are manufacturer-stated; Optoma figures marked "≈ est." are calculated from throw ratio and may vary with final geometry. Fixed-throw models can't zoom to adjust image size — placement is locked, so confirm your room depth before ordering. On-device auto-fit means screen alignment is handled on the projector itself (a button or menu, no phone); the Optoma models align via the Smart Control phone app instead. Prices shown are current and subject to change.

Choose the AK700ST if…
You want the sharpest image from our most popular line. Same easy 0.69–0.83:1 adjustable throw and 4,000 lumens as the AH700ST, stepped up to true 4K UHD with HDR. Best for high-end PCs that can push 4K.
Choose the LK830ST if…
Your bay is tight or you're floor/enclosure-mounting. The 0.496:1 fixed throw fills a big screen from ~8', and the high offset means it can sit low and project up — no ceiling mount needed. 4K with IP6X dust sealing.
Choose the GT2400HDR if…
Budget is the priority but brightness can't be. The brightest 1080p in its class at 4,200 lumens, ultra-short 0.496:1 throw, and the lowest price here. Fixed throw, so confirm room depth — but the value is hard to beat.
Choose the ZK521ST-B if…
You play with the lights on, have a bright room, or run a commercial bay — and you're tight on depth behind the hitting position. At 5,000 lumens it's the brightest here, in true 4K, rated for 24/7 use. Its ~9.5' throw sits closer than the popular AH/AK700ST (which need ~12'), so it's a strong pick if you can't give the projector that much room behind you, or don't mind it mounted closer overhead.
