NEO-E Setup (Under 10 Minutes):

1. Position the NEO-E on a level surface to the side of your hitting position, aligned to target line using the included alignment tool
2. Power on the unit
3. Connect via Wi-Fi or Ethernet to your PC running MURLIE software
4. MURLIE auto-detects the device — select mode and player profile
5. Optionally apply club stickers for full club data
6. Start hitting — data displays instantly on the touchscreen and PC

SIG10 Enclosure Assembly (Approx. 1–2 Hours with Two People):

1. Assemble frame using color-coded poles and push-pin connectors
2. Attach vinyl SIG Surround to frame

What does IP65 actually mean?
IP65 means the NEO-E is fully dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction — the toughest weather rating of any launch monitor in this lineup. Built for genuine outdoor use, not just marketed for it.

Is there any subscription fee?
No — none. MURLIE is included free. GSPro and E6 Connect require no connector license. The only recurring costs are whatever simulator software subscriptions you choose.

Does the SIG10 produce full-screen projection?
Yes. The SIG10's 4:3 aspect ratio fills 100% of the projected image — no letterboxing, no black bars. A key upgrade over the SIG8's 1:1 square screen.

Are club stickers required?
Optional but recommended for full club data. Ball and flight data (17 metrics) work without stickers. Adding stickers unlocks all 8 club metrics. The sticker set is included.

Can I use the NEO-E outdoors or at the range?
Yes — and better equipped than most. IP65 rating, barometric chip, outdoor stand, and 5-hour battery all come standard. Take it anywhere in any weather.

Can left- and right-handed players use this setup?
Yes. The NEO-E supports up to 4 player profiles with separate data and handedness settings. The SIG10 also accommodates the 4'×10' double-sided mat for alternating tee positions at mat level.

Does it work on Mac?
No. The NEO-E requires Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit). macOS and Linux are not supported.

What's the warranty on the NEO-E?
