Important — Ceiling Height: The SIG12 requires a minimum 10' ceiling. Please confirm your finished floor-to-ceiling measurement before ordering. Ceilings of 10'6" or higher are ideal. The NEO-E is floor-mounted and has no ceiling height requirement — the SIG12's 10' minimum is the governing constraint.

Setup & Assembly

What does IP65 actually mean?
IP65 means the NEO-E is fully dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction. It's the toughest weather rating of any launch monitor in this lineup — genuinely designed for outdoor use in wet and dusty conditions.

What ceiling height does the SIG12 require?
A minimum of 10' ceiling height is required for the SIG12. The NEO-E is floor-mounted and has no ceiling height requirement of its own — the SIG12's 10' minimum is the only constraint. Confirm your finished floor-to-ceiling measurement before ordering. Ceilings of 10'6" or higher are ideal.

Is there any subscription fee?
No — none whatsoever. MURLIE is included free. GSPro and E6 Connect require no connector license. The only recurring costs are whatever simulator software subscriptions you choose.

Does the SIG12 produce full-screen projection?
Yes. The SIG12's 4:3 aspect ratio fills 100% of the projected image — no letterboxing, no black bars. The 14'3" diagonal is the largest screen in the SIG Series.

Is a 4K projector worth it for the SIG12?
Yes — at 14'3" diagonal, the improvement in sharpness over 1080p is clearly visible. The AK700ST or LK936ST are both strong matches for this screen size.

Are club stickers required?
Optional but recommended. Ball and flight data (17 metrics) work without stickers. Adding stickers unlocks all 8 club metrics. The sticker set is included.

Can I use the NEO-E outdoors?
Yes — IP65 rated, barometric chip for altitude calibration, outdoor stand included, 5-hour battery. Take it to the range in any weather. Same unit, same data.

Can left- and right-handed players use this setup?
Yes. The NEO-E supports up to 4 player profiles with separate handedness and session data. The SIG12 also fits the 4'×10' double-sided mat for alternating tee positions at mat level.

Does it work on Mac?
No. The NEO-E requires Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit). macOS and Linux are not supported.

What's the warranty on the NEO-E?
