Hitting Mat Options

Select your hitting surface at checkout. The NEO-E is a floor-mounted unit that positions to the side of the ball. The SIGPRO Softy 4'×7' is well-suited for this setup, providing a larger surface that keeps the unit stable and level alongside the hitting area.

Note: The SIG8 is not wide enough to accommodate the 4'×10' double-sided mat. For a center-tee left/right alternating mat setup, see the SIG10 or SIG12 bundle. The NEO-E supports up to 4 player profiles, making handedness switching straightforward.

Projector Options

A projector is not required to use the NEO-E — its 4.3" anti-glare touchscreen displays data independently. For the full simulator experience on the SIG8 screen, a short-throw projector is strongly recommended. The SIG8 has a 1:1 aspect ratio, resulting in approximately 80% image fill with slight letterboxing when using a standard 16:9 projector.

NEO-E Setup (Under 10 Minutes):

1. Position the NEO-E on a level surface to the side of your hitting position, aligned to target line using the included alignment tool
2. Power on the unit
3. Connect via Wi-Fi or Ethernet to your PC running MURLIE software
4. MURLIE auto-detects the device — select your mode and player profile
5. Optionally apply club stickers for full club data
6. Start hitting — data displays instantly on the touchscreen and connected PC

SIG8 Enclosure Assembly (Approx. 1–2 Hours with Two People):

1. Assemble frame using color-coded poles and push-pin connectors
2. Attach vinyl SIG Surround to frame

4. Install protective foam padding on all sides

Choose this SIG8 bundle if space is your primary constraint — fits rooms as narrow as 9' wide. The NEO-E's 4 player profiles handle left/right player switching without requiring a wider enclosure.

Choose SIG10 if you have a standard garage or basement (11'+ wide, 9'+ ceiling) and want 100% full-screen image fill with no letterboxing.

What does IP65 actually mean?
IP65 means the NEO-E is fully dust-tight (6 — no dust ingress) and protected against water jets from any direction (5 — not just splash-resistant). It's the toughest weather rating of any launch monitor in this lineup — genuinely designed to be used outdoors in wet conditions, not just marketed that way.

Do I need special golf balls?
No. The NEO-E works with any standard golf ball — no special markings, logos, or proprietary balls required.

Are club stickers required?
Club stickers are optional but recommended for full club data. All 7 ball metrics and all 10 flight metrics work without stickers. Stickers unlock the 8 club metrics — face angle, dynamic loft, face-to-path, impact point, and more. The sticker set is included in the box.

Is there a subscription fee?
No — none whatsoever. MURLIE software is included free. GSPro and E6 Connect integration requires no connector license. The only recurring costs are whatever third-party simulator subscriptions you choose (GSPro ~$250/yr, E6, etc.).

Does it work with GSPro?
Yes. The NEO-E connects natively to GSPro with no additional connector purchase required.

Can I use it outdoors or at the range?
Yes — and it's better equipped for outdoor use than most monitors in this price range. The IP65 rating handles wet and dusty conditions, the barometric chip calibrates for altitude, and the outdoor stand provides stable positioning on uneven terrain. All included standard.

Does it work on Mac?
No. The NEO-E requires Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit). macOS and Linux are not supported.

Does the bundle include a projector?
A projector is optional — select your preferred model at checkout or choose "No Projector." The NEO-E displays data on its own 4.3" anti-glare touchscreen regardless of projector selection.

Why does the SIG8 screen show ~80% image fill?
The SIG8 has a 1:1 (square) aspect ratio, while most projectors output 16:9 — creating slight letterboxing above and below. The SIG10 and SIG12 use 4:3 screens for 100% image fill. Letterboxing is cosmetic and does not affect gameplay.

What's the warranty on the NEO-E?
