• The ProTee VX mounts permanently to the ceiling — connected via Ethernet cable routed to your PC. It stays up whether the enclosure is deployed or retracted.
• The Vanish enclosure rolls up around it — when stowed, the canister sits near the ceiling alongside the ProTee VX bracket. Both share ceiling space without conflict in most configurations.

Vanish Series Returns: 30-day hassle-free return policy. Customer responsible for return shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee applies.

How does the ProTee VX work with a retractable enclosure?
The ProTee VX mounts permanently to the ceiling — connected via Ethernet to your PC. It stays up whether the Vanish is deployed or retracted. When you want to play, drop the screen and slide out your mat. When done, roll the screen up and move the mat. The ProTee VX requires no repositioning between sessions.

Does the ProTee VX require club stickers or special balls?
No. The ProTee VX uses A.I.-powered tracking with any standard golf ball. No stickers, no marked balls required.

Is the ProTee VX eligible for return?
No — the ProTee VX is all sales final. Returns only accepted for transit damage or lost shipments. The Vanish portion of this bundle is covered by the standard 30-day return policy.

How long is the ProTee VX backorder?
Currently 4+ weeks. Orders are fulfilled in the order received. Golf Sim Depot will keep you updated throughout.

Are the 2 free swing cameras always included?

Which Vanish model is right for my space?
The minimum room depth is 17' (204") for all models. Room width determines your model. Call or text (770) 766-5571 and we'll confirm the right size for your exact dimensions.

Will the ProTee VX and the Vanish mounting rail fit on the same ceiling?
In most configurations, yes. The ProTee VX mounts forward of the screen; the Vanish rail sits at the top of the screen opening. These are different ceiling positions and typically don't conflict. Contact us to talk through your specific ceiling if you're unsure.

Hand crank vs. remote control — which should I choose?
If you have a 110V outlet at the mounting location, the remote is more convenient — especially with Alexa/Google Home integration. If power access is difficult, the hand crank is reliable and requires nothing but the included tool. Both retract in under 5 minutes.

Is a hitting mat included?
No. The Vanish enclosure does not include a hitting mat. We recommend the SIGPRO Softy 4'×7' for this setup — easy to slide aside when retracting. Contact us to add one to your order.

What simulator software can I use?
ProTee VX integrates natively with GSPro (no connector fee), TGC 2019, and E6 Connect. ProTee Labs — included with a perpetual license — also offers its own virtual golf experience. Third-party licenses sold separately.

Can I use a Mac?
No. The ProTee VX requires Windows 10 or Windows 11. macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android are not supported. NVIDIA Quadro graphics cards are also not supported.
