Hitting Mat Options

Select your hitting surface at checkout. The ST MAX is floor-mounted beside the ball position using a laser dot for alignment. The SIG12's 12'2" width provides the most generous lateral clearance in the SIG Series for the floor unit alongside any mat option.

Projector Options

The ST MAX connects to simulator software via Wi-Fi. To take full advantage of the SIG12's 14'3" diagonal screen, a short-throw projector is strongly recommended. At this screen size, the difference between 1080p and 4K is most visible — a 4K projector is worth serious consideration.

The SIG12 has a 4:3 aspect ratio producing 100% image fill — no letterboxing, no wasted screen area.

Important — Ceiling Height: The SIG12 requires a minimum 10' ceiling. Please confirm your finished floor-to-ceiling measurement before ordering. Ceilings of 10'6" or higher are ideal. The ST MAX's 8.5' ceiling minimum is well within the SIG12's requirement — no ceiling conflict between the two components.

Setup & Assembly

ST MAX Setup (Under 10 Minutes):

1. Position the ST MAX on the floor to the side of your hitting position
2. Use the integrated laser dot to align precisely with the ball position
3. Power on and connect to your Wi-Fi network
4. Open SkyTrak software on your device (PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone, or Android)
5. Link the unit to your SkyTrak account
6. Start hitting — data appears within ~1–2 seconds of impact

SIG12 Enclosure Assembly (Approx. 1–2 Hours with Two People):

1. Assemble frame using color-coded poles and push-pin connectors
2. Attach vinyl SIG Surround to frame

No. The ST MAX works with any clean, quality golf ball. No stickers, no marked balls required.

What ceiling height does the SIG12 require?

Is a membership required?

Is a 4K projector worth it for the SIG12?
Yes — more so than with any other SIG enclosure. At 14'3" diagonal the improvement in image sharpness is clearly visible. The AK700ST or LK936ST are strong matches for this screen size.

Can left- and right-handed players use this setup?
Yes. The SIG12 fits the 4'×10' double-sided mat for alternating tee positions at mat level. When switching players, reposition the ST MAX to the correct side and realign using the laser dot.

What is Speed Training and is it included?
Speed Training powered by GOLFTEC is exclusive to the ST MAX. It's accessible in the Essential Plan and above — included during your 14-day trial, then requires a membership.

What's the warranty on the ST MAX?
