After your order is placed, our team will contact you within 1 business day to confirm delivery details and arrange white-glove delivery coordination. Please ensure you have adequate help available at the delivery location — this monitor requires at least two people for safe unpacking and installation.
A heavy-duty VESA-compatible wall mount or dedicated display stand rated for the weight of this monitor is required. Do not attempt to mount with consumer-grade TV brackets.
Returns
Due to LTL shipping requirements, return shipping for this item must be coordinated with Golf Sim Depot support. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for undamaged, unopened items. Please contact us before initiating any return. Installed or damaged monitors are not eligible for return.

Can this monitor fully replace a projector-based simulator setup?
Yes, for many setups. At 55" with 4K resolution, this can serve as the sole visual display for full simulator software. It's particularly compelling for setups in smaller rooms where a projector and impact screen aren't practical, or for coaches who want to control the space more tightly. For the full "golf course on the wall" experience, a projector with an impact screen is still the gold standard — but the 55" is a powerful standalone alternative.
Why does it ship freight?
At 55", this display is too large and heavy for standard parcel carriers to handle safely. LTL (less-than-truckload) freight is the standard shipping method for large commercial displays, and it ensures the monitor arrives properly packaged and on a pallet. Our team coordinates delivery directly with you after your order.
What mounting is required?
A commercial-grade VESA wall mount or dedicated floor stand is required. The exact VESA pattern is listed in the downloadable spec sheet. Do not use standard consumer TV mounts — use hardware rated for the monitor's weight.
How does the 700 nit brightness compare to a TV?
Most consumer 55" TVs are rated between 200–400 nits. At 700+ nits, the Ultra-Series 55" is significantly brighter — and more importantly, it's rated for 24/7 continuous operation where consumer TVs would overheat or fail. It's a commercial display, not a consumer product.
Does glove touch work across the whole 55" surface?

It is my second Softy. It is worth my health. I am 65. I have hit my share of fat shots. No one had any issue with smacking the club. The last straw was my friend hitting the raised back edge. The first is a little warn in the center - still usable but needs repair gluing the corners and edges after forcing it into a cut out in my mat. This new one fits like a well fitted golf glove. I could not be happier with the product. Regarding Golf Sim Depot: I have had several great experiences with Kylie upgrading from Skytrak to Uneekor EML and then Uneekor's Optix package. This Softy was derived quickly like all the other purchases.
