How VTrack and the Vanish Work Together

Most simulator bundles face a storage problem when combined with a retractable enclosure — you still have a floor unit, a mat, and cables to deal with. This bundle is different:

• VTrack mounts permanently to the ceiling — connected via a single USB cable routed to your PC. It stays up regardless of whether the enclosure is deployed or retracted.
• The Vanish enclosure rolls up around it — the VTrack's compact form factor (12.5" H × 6.5" W × 4.5" D) sits comfortably on the ceiling alongside the retracted Vanish canister when stowed.
• When you want to play — drop the Vanish screen (crank or remote), slide out your hitting mat, and you're hitting balls. No repositioning the launch monitor. No reconnecting cables.
• When you're done — roll the Vanish back up, slide the hitting mat to the side or store it, and your space is completely clear. The VTrack stays on the ceiling, ready for next time.

Installation Overview

VTrack Installation (Under 30 Minutes):

1. Mount the ceiling bracket 36–42" in front of ball position, 8.5–10' above hitting surface
2. Attach VTrack unit to bracket and connect USB 3.0 cable to PC
3. Install VTrack software and run the 2-step auto-calibration
4. Start hitting

Vanish Series Installation (Two People Recommended):

1. Plan ceiling layout — confirm VTrack bracket position and Vanish rail position are compatible
2. Mount the Vanish ceiling/wall brackets using included hardware
3. Attach the Vanish canister (with enclosure rolled inside) to the brackets
4. Connect power for motorized version (or confirm hand crank operation)
5. Attach side panels, baffles, and corner pieces per installation guide
6. Deploy the enclosure and check alignment — adjust if needed
7. Test retraction cycle before first use

Both systems can be installed in the same session. Plan your ceiling layout first, install VTrack, then install the Vanish rail adjacent to it.

What ceiling height does the Vanish need?
Standard Vanish models work with ceiling heights from 62" to 115". 2-foot height extensions are available for taller ceilings. VTrack mounts 8.5–10' above the hitting surface — confirm this aligns with your ceiling height before ordering.

Will VTrack and the Vanish mounting rail fit on the same ceiling?
In most configurations, yes. VTrack's compact form (12.5" H × 6.5" W × 4.5" D) sits 36–42" in front of the screen, which is where the VTrack bracket lives. The Vanish rail sits at the top of the screen opening. These are different ceiling positions and typically don't conflict. Contact us if you'd like to talk through your specific ceiling before ordering.

Hand crank vs. remote control — which should I choose?
If you have a 110V outlet at the mounting location (or can add one), the remote control version is more convenient — especially with smart home integration. If power access is difficult or you prefer simplicity, the hand crank is reliable and requires nothing but the included tool. Both fully retract the enclosure in under 5 minutes.

Does the Vanish work with a 4K projector?
Yes. The 3-ply impact screen delivers excellent image quality for both HD and 4K projection. 4K is most visibly impactful on the larger Vanish 13H, 16, and 16H models.

Is a hitting mat included?
No — unlike the SIG Studio bundles, the Vanish enclosure does not include a hitting mat. We recommend the SIGPRO Softy 4'×7' for this setup as it's easy to slide aside when retracting the enclosure. Contact us to add a mat to your order.

What simulator software can I use with VTrack?
VTrack integrates natively with GSPro (no connector fee), E6 Connect, E6 Apex, and TGC 2019. VTrack ToolKit and Practice Range are included with lifetime licenses. Third-party software sold separately.

Can left- and right-handed players both use this?
Yes. VTrack supports both handednesses natively with no repositioning or recalibration. The Vanish enclosure accommodates both as well — no adjustment needed when switching players.

Can the Vanish be used for things other than golf?
Yes. The Vanish works as a home theater screen for movies, sports viewing, VR gaming, and workouts when deployed. Multi-sport attachments are also available. When retracted, your space is completely clear for any other use.

What is VTrack's warranty?
